2009 Copyright Form Changes
In 2009, the U.S. Copyright Office revised the following copyright forms:
Form CO replaces Forms TX (for nondramatic literary works such as books)
Form PA (for performing arts, including dramatic works)
Form VA (for visual arts, including photographs and illustrations)
Form SE (for serials such as magazines and newspapers)
Form SR (for sound recordings)
Form eCO is a new online CO Form that provides tracking and has a reduced filing fee.
